郑允文医学博士,特聘教授,博士生导师,研究领域为干细胞与再生医学,从事中内胚层干细胞和肝胆胰等消化器官体性干细胞的分离鉴定及细胞移植治疗研发20余年,致力于前癌干细胞的发生机理研究与靶向药物开发,近年聚焦胎盘组织干细胞、细胞重编程、干细胞基因编辑、3D类器官再构建和移植治疗及血液肝脏双人源化大鼠的研发工作,并特别倾注于人多能性诱导干细胞(iPS细胞)和胚胎干细胞(ES细胞)的功能性细胞分化诱导及其在仿真疾病模拟与创药研究中的应用。
主持和参与日本文部省、日本学术振兴会、日本学术技术振兴机构、国家自然科学基金等研究课题20余项,发表SCI论文110余篇,在中日美德加新韩7国获15项发明专利授权,中日美欧新韩澳等国共申请专利11件次。主导模拟器官自发形成所需微小环境研究,在世界上首先利用iPS细胞诱导并构建用于移植治疗的肝性类器官(Nature 2013),入围科学杂志2013年度的“科学突破”,并遴选为Discovery杂志2013年度科学进展Top5。此外,参与创造性地构建了肿瘤类器官模型(Nat Cell Biol 2019)并直接主导患者iPS细胞由来诱导黑素细胞移植治疗研究(Cell Rep 2019),世界首次构建置换率超30%的肝脏人源化大鼠(Adv Sci 2021),利用人类iPS细胞首次实证衰老致肝细胞可塑性损害的本质为组蛋白低乙酰化,为老年人肝脏再生能力的改善找到切入点(Hepatology 2022)。还担任Elsevier出版社特邀编辑,领衔30余人编撰团队,总结了干细胞与细胞重编程以及肝肿瘤相关领域的最新研究成果,编著出版"Stem Cells and Cancer in Hepatology"英文学术专著1部。
