About the speaker:

Shengli Dai, Dean of the School of Public Administration and Emergency Management of Jinan University, professor and doctoral supervisor, has presided over more than 30 major research projects of philosophy and social science research of the Ministry of Education as well as key and general projects of the National Social Science Fund. He has published more than 70 papers in journals such as Management World and 3 academic monographs. Besides, he has won the second prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, Hubei Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, Hubei Development Research Award and other awards.
