个人简介

丁功瀛，男，河海大学工学博士，讲师。主要从事沥青路面、桥面等高性能工程材料的研发及应用。主持中央高校基本科研业务费项目1项，参与面上项目2项、其他科技攻关项目5项。获省部级科技进步奖1项，共发表学术论文10余篇，授权发明专利3项。
