v 科研经历

· 石墨烯及复合材料制备及其性能研究:首次利用化学方法制备出了超轻超弹性的三维石墨烯海绵材料,并证明其具有超高吸油性能;设计并制备了石墨烯基复合材料仿生器件(微型驱动器);

· 微纳光子学研究:①钙钛矿材料性能调控及器件研究:首次利用高能电子束对钙钛矿晶体进行纳米结构图案化处理,在钙钛矿晶体上创造了微纳发光图案;②对石墨烯/微纳金属天线阵列的调控特性进行了理论研究;③从实验上设计并制备微纳硅基平面磁反射镜;④制备了微纳光学器件(平面超透镜,超表面器件,硅基波导);⑤利用金属微纳结构对石墨烯光学性质调控及研究了该器件在生物癌细胞探测上的应用;

· 大尺寸超高解析度面板设计与工艺研究: 85inch 8K超高解析度显示面板的的开发。
