学术方向:关联氧化物薄膜材料与柔性器件、半导体氧化物薄膜材料与器件
科研能力:毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,主要从事关联氧化物薄膜的外延生长和柔性器件的研制工作,还参与了非易失性存储器、太
阳能电池和光致发光材料等相关领域的研究。现主持五邑大学高层次人才项目,累计发表学术论文7篇,其中SCI收录论文6篇。
