美国数学学会（American Mathematical Society，简称AMS）成立于1888年，拥有3万名会员。AMS出版物包括数学评论（Mathematical Reviews）、专业期刊及图书。近年，在全球数学类期刊排名中， Journal of the AMS、Bulletin of the AMS、Transactions of the AMS 排名位居前列。通过AMS电子刊可获取创刊至今的期刊全文，最早回溯至1891年。
