l High-qualified faculties, experienced and warmhearted teachers.
Requirements for the Candidates:
1. Observe Law of China. Respect Chinese customs. Love China and Chinese Culture.
2. Observe School Regulations and accept teaching arranged by the school and willing to cooperate with school.
3. The candidates at least should hold BA or MA. Candidates. Preference will be given to those with experience or specialty in English teaching.
4. Health status: Good. Age from 22-65 years old and can take up the teaching load stipulated in the agreement (usually 14-16 hours of teaching a week. 18 weeks a semester).
5. The native tone is English. Long –term language teachers’ teaching duration: one year or more. Short-term Language teachers’ teaching duration: 6 month.
Courses to Teach: Audio Visual English, Oral English, Reading and Writing of English, Survey of English –Speaking Countries, etc.
The candidates or applicants should provide the following documents:
1. A letter of application and autobiographical statement
1. Personal information: CV (name, sex, nationality, date of birth, present address, educational experience, passport number) and six photos (3cm* 4cm), hobbies etc.
2. Photocopy of passport (passport photo page) and a recent photo
3. Academic qualifications.
4. Photocopies of diplomas or certificates (or an official letter indicating that the degree will be received by the time the applicant take its position), and photocopy university or college transcripts
5. Two letters of recommendation sent directly by referees
6. Health report: The applicant should go to a public hospital to have a physical examination and then send us the health report.

Treatments:
1. Salary: 4500 RMB per month for a MA holder (with related teaching experience), 4000 RMB per month for either a MA holder without related teaching experience or a BA holder with related teaching experience, 3500 RMB per month for BA holder without related teaching experience. Monthly salary mentioned here is starting salary and can be varied according to the foreign teacher’s teaching experience and their teaching performance.
2. Traveling fees: one way international flight tickets( equal to 4000 RMB) can be provided for foreign experts or English teachers who work for one year or over a year and transportation fee of 300 RMB for every foreign teachers.
3. Reference material postal fees: 1000 RMB for professional professors.
4. Living conditions: Each foreign teacher will be provided with free house which is equipped with furniture, air conditioner, color TV, Refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, gas stove and telephone etc.
